Information you choose to send

The contact link opens your email application. If you send an email, your email provider and our email provider process the message, including your email address, name if supplied, message, and any attachments. The website does not collect contact-form submissions or payment details.

Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive information in an initial inquiry.

We use inquiry information to respond to you and manage client relationships. We do not add inquiry contacts to marketing mailing lists or sell or share their information for advertising.

Access, retention, and your choices

Inquiry information is handled by the founders and service providers supporting our email and business communications. Information may also be disclosed when required by law.

We retain correspondence as needed to respond to inquiries, manage client relationships, and meet applicable legal or recordkeeping obligations. The appropriate period depends on the purpose and any ongoing relationship. Server logs are retained as needed for website operation, troubleshooting, and security.

Website delivery and security

We host the website on a server managed by Dual Parallel. The server may record technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, requested pages, timestamps, and error or security events. We use this information to deliver the website, diagnose problems, and protect against misuse.

Cookies and external services

We have not added advertising pixels, visitor analytics, embedded social feeds, or marketing cookies to this website. The website itself does not set cookies or use browser storage to track visitors. Server logs are separate from cookies and may be recorded even when cookies are blocked.

Space Grotesk fonts and brand images are served from our own server, without a Google Fonts request from your browser. Links to email open your email application and are subject to your email provider’s practices.
